The largest public hospital in Djibouti city. The second number is the ambulance and emergency line. Both are confirmed across FCDO travel advice, an FCDO medical providers document and a US Embassy Djibouti listing. Trauma care is stabilisation only, cash is expected upfront, and anything serious usually requires medical evacuation.
