No phone number is given here because the UK Foreign Office publishes no ambulance number for the Comoros at all, listing only police and fire. In practice you call a hospital directly rather than a dispatch line, so use the hospital numbers below. Anything serious normally means evacuation to Reunion, Mayotte or Nairobi, so travel insurance covering medical evacuation matters more here than a phone number does.

The main public referral hospital in Moroni, on Grande Comore. This number is the one printed on the UK FCDO medical facilities list. A different number, +269 773 26 04, appears on the FCDO travel advice health page for what is plainly the same hospital, so try that one if this fails.
