Kalandula Falls
One of Africa's largest waterfalls, plunging 105 meters into a gorge.
Located near Malange, the Kalandula Falls are spectacular, especially in the rainy season when water volume peaks. The falls can be viewed from below or hiked to vantage points above. The surrounding landscape is green and dramatic. Accessibility is improving; the drive from Luanda is long (8+ hours). Swimming pools form at the base in dry season.
