Bamboutos Mountains Volcanic Trek

The Bamboutos range forms the western rim of a massive ancient caldera at up to 2,740m. The plateau is a mosaic of montane grassland, scarp forest, and Bamileke farm plots growing potatoes, leeks, and coffee at high altitude. A guide from the nearest fondom leads the rim walk.
