Mount Manengouba Twin Crater Lakes

Mount Manengouba (2,411m) is an extinct stratovolcano in the Bakossi highlands whose caldera holds two distinct crater lakes. Local guides lead a 4-5 hour ascent through montane forest with excellent birdwatching. The Bakossi people consider the lakes sacred.
