Ile aux Cerfs
Small island off the east coast with pristine sand beaches, lagoon snorkeling, and a sense of escape.
A popular day trip island off Flacq, accessible by boat. The island has restaurants, a golf course, and pristine beaches. Snorkeling in the lagoon is good. The island is crowded on weekends but quieter midweek. Speedboat transfers are quick (15 mins) from shore.
