Palacio do Sitio
Historic Portuguese colonial palace, now a museum and seat of national importance.
The Palacio do Sitio is a white-washed colonial building in Bissau's center, formerly the governor's residence. It now houses government offices and occasional exhibitions. The exterior is striking and worth photographing. Access to the interior may be restricted; inquire at the nearby tourism office.
